What is WINS?
WINS is a biennial technical workshop designed to unite scientists from around the globe who are engaged in the study and calculation of neutron elastic and inelastic cross sections. WINS2026 marks the seventh iteration of this series, following successful workshops in Troy, NY, USA (2023), Predeal, Romania (2018), Santa Fe, NM, USA (2016), Dresden, Germany (2014), Boston, USA (2012), and Strasbourg, France (2010).
